Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.
