Giving them 5 rating for the worst organization you ever have. Nothing to be liked in the organisation.

The worst organization you can ever have. They will told you different KRA's to work on after joining you'll be doing something else. The management are blinds if someone had complaint about you they won't be going into deep and see what the cause rather than they believe about the complaint and make an image for you. They need candidates should be having all the knowledge regarding work but doesn't want to pay that candidate nicely. He is such a nice person. The best place to work in with flexible working time which is more productive. Salary on time. Here everyone gets new learning opportunities.
