I joined chemical to learn some new experiences which i did ad i was from a different background.

Dislikes

First of all the boss is cruel. Typical Devil wears prada boss Work given on weekends too Too much work, deadlines are always on head. Team is non cooperative. Leaves you won’t get easily. They create a ruckus while you leave the company and ask you to finish the work and leave even if your notice period is over. Salaries are never on time, once you’re old enough in the company, it will be credited at the mid of the month. After finishing notice you have to chase for you salary, it will only be credited after auditing the work you did. Factory coordination is worst. Its difficult to achieve perfection in a single go....Read More
