1000% No Job security, looks the package is big.. Because of the same so many of the employees like me lost their Job and the quite impressive part is we won't get any other opportunity in the market accordingly to this company work profile. Sincere advise is pls don't chose this company either Cheil or its group company. If you get an opportunity in Samsung its better to go with...

Dislikes

I would say only one.. Don't chose this organization.. Korean's depends on the system not on the manpower... Just to take initially they will take the manpower and to remove as simple for them... Won't think about the employees life or future.. Better look for something or if you don't get at least pls be at home..

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
