Because of the same so many of the employees like me lost their Job and the quite impressive part is we won't get any other opportunity in the market accordingly to this company work profile. Sincere advise is pls don't chose this company either Cheil or its group company. If you get an opportunity in Samsung its better to go with...

I would say only one.. Don't chose this organization.. Korean's depends on the system not on the manpower... Just to take initially they will take the manpower and to remove as simple for them... Won't think about the employees life or future.. Better look for something or if you don't get at least pls be at home..

Usually fixed working hours except June to November due to festive season targets. Salary on time. 15 days Sick Leaves and 30 days of Paid Leaves in a Year. Complementary lunch.

Sufficeint car parking not available. Too much process oriented. Compliance team is monitoring all the activities.

Pros: 1. On time salary 2. Young colleagues 3. Grace time to reach office 4. Take experience of 1 Year and move on

1. Bonus part of your CTC. And you will get peanuts for atleast couple of years. Suppose your variable is 1lakh. You will get around 35k only. 2. All benefits removed after Covid gradually.

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!
