My overall experience is very bad with this company, I will suggest candidates to work in a indian company instead of cheil, there is no skill development in this company everything is for their record only no reality on ground. No work life balance as per HR there is 5 days working but your supervisor will force you to do work on every Saturday also of you will deny then it will do impact on your yearly performance, no benefits they make fool on yearly performance bonus it will be depends on your bittering level only no matter of your actual performance, too politics in company culture, politics is more than a parliament, there is no job security they always try to fear the employees by their compliance team and you are not allowed to get other income by any source. No career growth in this company, some employees get promoted after a long tenure in documents but they actually doing their last profile work after promoted. No work satisfaction, supervisor will force you to give the best performance and will ask always to complete max projects but at the end of the year you will be questionized that why you have done so much project, you have consumed too much cost, company will blame you unnecessarily....Read More
