They treat their employees poorly- extremely strict rules, zero flexibility in terms of what time you can come and go, even in extreme conditions no work from home even for a day. They will call you if at all you are not at your desk for more than 10 minutes. - Atleast 70-80% employees are unhappy and this makes the working environment extremely negative.
