It's a organisation which will never fire you. You celebrate all the festivals with the team mates with great joy.

Dislikes

Managers and Partners are not that cooperative to train their team members. If you are a graduate then learning the work will take time and also become very difficult due to tight deadlines, long working hours almost 8 months, only 4 months from October to January are peaceful. You will hardly get leaves for attending wedding or for vacation.
