It's been over 2 years working with this hotel and I have grown a lot both in the personal and professional life. The boss is a Lady and knows how to take things ahead. She is open to new ideas and adopts to it if its beneficial for the company. There is a lot of support and learning. In such a short time, to gain trust and to be able to work in all areas of the company is a big plus point. Dislikes

The only disadvantage is there's alot of competition and jealousy, which is very obvious seeing the importance and respect level of every employee. There are some who come to work thinking of ways to pull the other one down but I think that's part and parcel of each job and how to tackle it is what makes us different and capable to survive.

Work Details

Frankly my work is a little hectic as I have to handle the front desk, also have to look into the kitchen inventory, deal with company billing and payment recovery, send forms of foreigners to the FRRO. My work also demands handling kitchen staff, etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
