I am happy and excited to write a review of my work place which I like the most. Formule one is the place where you can learn and became a leader.you can achieved easily because the coordination was like that. Yes sometimes you have to work hard little in peak time and beyond the time. No one will ask you to work more but once you understand and recognize and appreciate yourself then you will understand to stay back when team members needed. Team was like family and everytime if you need any help someone will be there to help you out. Its simply multitasking company. You will get trained by your senior or you will learn by yourself if you believe that company is yours. There was nothing like seniors and juniors, everyone was in same category when it comes to work. Junior will not hesitate to speak thier seniors about anything and same vice versa. If any celebration comes then entire hotel will get decorated by all team members.when it comes to salary i must say the company policies was good because its depends on your work, if you proved that you're a good and smart worker then company automatically start giving you the appraisal as per your performance by the decision of your manager. In 2year i got the appraisal for 3times and my salary was also increased. Most of the companies used to have the things called politics which is Normal but i must say in this organization this word doesn't exist, because there's no chance to encourage politics. The hotel is located in a Excellent Location, as a employee we have requirements something like food & accommodation. The hotel manager was really rude & his behavior and attitude is really worst on the employees. I think his responsible will be decrease to the management. From the Hotel Formule1 Chennai OMR Staff no one has workedmore then 5 Years only for the Hotel Manager. Job Security : If you will not walk as per the hotel manager. My work was good and my colleges were very helpful and coordinator. One of the best park was Formule1 Chennai OMR Operation Manager (Mr. Yashwant Nagamalla) was the best manager at the property.
