It's been over 2 years working with this hotel and I have grown a lot both in the personal and professional life. The boss is a Lady and knows how to take things ahead. She is open to new ideas and adopts to it if its beneficial for the company. There is a lot of support and learning. In such a short time, to gain trust and to be able to work in all areas of the company is a big plus point. The hotel is a mix of different religions and cultures which makes learning all the more vast and exciting and also makes the work atmosphere fun.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage is there's alot of competition and jealousy, which is very obvious seeing the importance and respect level of every employee. There are some who come to work thinking of ways to pull the other one down but I think that's part and parcel of each job and how to tackle it is what makes us different and capable to survive.
