Please don't join this Chate classes or college. They do not pay on time. They hold the salary for 2 - 3 months. They terminated me and I do not get my 2 months salary. I am calling them but they are not picking my phone.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Teachers are always neglected

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
