It is a great organisation to work with, the superiors are excellent and the work environment si very conducive for learning, the company culture is health plus the efforts and dedication you add to work is well recognised, the salaries are paid on time and you also get a lot of opportunities which help in upskilling and challenge you to do better.Salaries are paid on time and overall if you are looking for a long term experience its a great organisation to work with....Read More

salary is not upto the mark as per the work. management changes policy as per thier comfort. "your one month of salary cheque will be with management" this rule is not applicable in any other company but here it is.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
