Nothing to like. Worst work culture. Pls do not join or else u will start looking for another job from 2nd month itself. This is not a company this is a factory. Where employees are made to do donkey work. No respect at all. Treated as if they have bought u. Or they are doing favour by paying u salary. Lot of politics, favouritism, no work life balance at all. Nothing is planned. No KRA. Very bad management. Vedistry is part of Charak. You won't get much hike on your previous salary. Don't waste your career and life working here. It's complete waste of time. They talk sweet during interview n after u join them they show true colour. Things are changed on the spot as per there convenience. And once you put down ur papers u are treated more badly, as if you have made a crime. No job security at all. U are supposed to know everything before joining. As this is not training institute, they won't help you with anything, u should know everything n should be ready to anything. Make sure before u leave and handover things, get all ur work or required things done from HR or else after u leave they won't even bother to listen to u. Even if u are an ex employee. Worst and third class management and work culture. Your manager, "cherishma" will keep you hold and force you to sit in the office till 9pm without any reason. No work will be done just a tp, just for her company even knowing employee lives too far. If you will not listen to her and her orders she will throw you out of the organisation like a mafia gunda. She thinks she is the owner and office is her own adda and made by her forefathers. Big politics going on all the time rather than actual work. She will dominate all other brand managers and other people too. She doesn't have knowledge of what actual digital marketing is. There's no job security at all, you will be fired without any reason on the spot without prior notice. They still are using outdated software and much of manual work. Director is too rude, he will call you and scold you like you are his servant badly. Either you will leave the job next day or start finding other jobs. If you really wanna spoil your career you can take a risk and join, even if you don't have job and jobless you can still give some time to yourself and join other firm than this useless organisation.
