Moreover, the anonymous complainant has been advising the public in general not to join our organization. This seems to be a deliberate attempt to keep deserving talents away, potentially to eliminate competitive threats to his or her own job. We believe this is a harmful tactic that not only misleads potential candidates but also deprives our organization of valuable talent.
