There is nothing to like for working in ChampionX.

Dislikes

Disheartening and Toxic Work Environment at GTC Chennai it suffers from favoritism, poor management and lack of empathy. Especially HR head is very Toxic she can do anything to take revenge infact she revenge minded person. She make sure to suffer if anyone ask any questions against her decision. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
