Good work environment and culture teammates are not supporting and the management. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they give monthly salary but, no bonus and inceriment from 6 years.

There is a lot of issues and management dosen't adress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slo.

I have been working for 5years in this industry 2years work better and then 3 years, but iam grateful for the fact that we have never been able to get out of the industry, thanks to this industry

My age is growing, children grow up, how do they get their future with their inexpensive pay.

National Oilwell Varco provides better opportunities for talents. It gives good work life balance and opportunities for learning.
