As per L1 Manager confirmation they will treat very bad, and and don't have job security they remove employee any time without any intimation, Not looking perfomance and Hard working employee, They will see good employee only for manager bucket. Company is good but Management is not good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. In case of accident of employees they would not give paid leave, I faced it many times in my view its unethical, BECAUSE HR Manger responsibility is very important part they work in their leave time too, if company not provide paid leave the they may also grant for WFH but they don't do so.
