Poor doctor:patient ratio ( very few doctors), poor working conditions for doctors, poor wages as compared to other hospitals, undefined duty hours, unsupportive head - Dr. neeraj.

Work Details

doctors here are over worked, exhausted, underpaid and unappreciated. The place has no resting room for doctors during nights, no separate washrooms, no proper security as only one doctor is available on night duty in such a heavy patient load hospital.
