In Finance department people do not respect you and your work, there Ego's are important than a person insane behaviour in any condition no manager skills no leadership skills just having bossy nature n treat Executive below then a slave.

Learnt allot, worked allot day night lot of work load no personal life anytime you will get call or whatsapp or slack either day or late night, office late night sittings if you are asking for work from home then they will start calling you whole day .

There is no employee supportive culture I worked in Finance Department as a Finance Executive . All finance team is fruested due to heavy and unreasonable work pressure due to policies of Finance depart hod & other managers team. They expect to us to available from morning 9:30 to night 9:30 after that they can called you even 11 pmin night regarding work . In Chaayos only those those people can work who ready to sacrifice his personal life. Overall my experience is very bad. I given resign within 3 months....Read More
