There is no employee supportive culture I worked in Finance Department as a Finance Executive . All finance team is fruested due to heavy and unreasonable work pressure due to policies of Finance depart hod & other managers team. They expect to us to available from morning 9:30 to night 9:30 after that they can called you even 11 pmin night regarding work .
