As I was joined here in sept-2016 - we are working in office and not allowed to WFH if due to some issue if we allowed WFH then company paying only 50% of that days salary and even in COVID-19 in march they send general email to India all employees they company will allow work from home with 50% salary only, and then we as developerour Team lead or Project managers also behave like selfish and not talk against company policy. On 30-April-2020 Evening around 7 pm HR called me and said today is your last day with company, Due to COVID-19 we are reducing staff and no compensation, It was horrible to work with CGS India....Read More

HR & Country Head as well as Team Lead and Project Lead - All are selfish and without any reason they will call you and end your JOB. Single call can end your services and stops all credentials immediately so you can not take any action or chance to arguments. While joining they says its permanent position in company ( as most of usjoin CGS by leaving permanent jobs) after joining realize that they want only work and work more than 10 hrs daily work considers employee as their slave if we argue with them then they takes it as personal and not updating to higher authority....Read More
