Nothing. Staff care good in CGH EARTH. They support their staff. Plz arrange a outing or tour for the Staffs. Company can improve the salary packages to the employees. Give good career growth for Staffs.

It was a wonderful experience working with this company.. company has good vision and they are very supporting for their associate they are giving nice benefits for their associates that will make a difference. But some of the managers has no good vision will affect the associate also that is the bad thing that I feel there....

It was my first job and truly for a beginner like me it was a great experience. Learned many things right from basics. Best company to work with because they never put us in any target.however I can't find a career growth within the company it's because they're many senior members so chances of promotion is limited. And like everyone knows in a corporate fields there will be politics. So only the tough people's can survive.
