It was my first job and truly for a beginner like me it was a great experience. Learned many things right from basics. Best company to work with because they never put us in any target.however I can't find a career growth within the company it's because they're many senior members so chances of promotion is limited. And like everyone knows in a corporate fields there will be politics. So only the tough people's can survive. In one word "I would recommend Cgh earth only for a fresher not for an experienced professional"

Scammers,Hitlerism, Ego Seniors(what ever you tell they will disagree),Money cheaters(Salaried promised at interview not being provided),After your job with a firm like this you will become 0 should start from 0 again . Other than if you have your whole life for a less paying job .

Long duty hour Per day 15 hours including break No festival holidays I have pending 28 leaves Still am not getting leaves and off I will take 10 days once with off only duty long hours

If the are less rooms there are not much to be done work hours for service industry is minimum 12 hours in other hotels but here there is not much work time compared to other places

Poor management and terrible hods they move a bad atmosphere to work in

No job security they can fire you any time then and there, They make fake promises with staff and then playing mind game with them, poor management they don’t follow any policies what ever the want they do I work in many places and with many companies but this one is worst
