Worst company I ever worked, they don't have any ethics and Hr policy, without any support that just want numbers and threatening everytime. Even after resignation they will not settle your full and final payment and Hr will not have curtsy to reply on the follow up mail. You will not get your hard earned money after separation.

This review is about Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. There is nothing as such to like.. This company is far away from reality .. Chasing numbers is the only thing your seniors know without focus on market working. Sales Employees are encouraged to come to office rather than working on the field. There is a lot of internal politics and due to this this company has lost many of its good employees. This Company is a nightmare for hardworking people .. For Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals - Kolkata - Work Cultures Inexperienced Seniors Working Approach Work Life Balance Vocabulary of the Seniors HR dept is very soft spoken during recruitment but once you get in they do not listen to your problem. The company can only demotivate it's employees, people will even call you on Sunday morning and demotivate you. The work culture is so sickening that a colleague of mine was in a position to visit a psychiatrist due to the unacceptable Vocabulary used here and the pathetic level of stress.
