So much politics. Old employees don't wanna work and even they don't support. Old people running the plant and do not welcome new people and have made a terror environment in plant. Lobbying and Favouriteesm is worst thing No control over suppliers Very slow pace of development in terms of new products Top leadership is pathetic and sick

as i working as mechanical design engineer no deep learning of mechanical design, no proper planning or bad process/management, every time blame to design department, there is no proper engineering department for execution of design changes.
