I have had the privilege of working at CG Corp Global, and I must say it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day bone, I felt welcomed into a dynamic and inclusive work environment that environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

Dislikes

While I thoroughly enjoyed the dynamic work environment and global exposure at CG Crop Global, I wish there was more emphasis on fostering a flatter organizational structure for better idea-sharing and innovation.

Whether you are at 50 Lac package or 5 Lakh, they are just directionless. MD Rahul's have failed projects and don't do any investment. His Project Quint and many properties are big flop like him, He makes Gurgaon ppl and especially HR team work for him, Gives unnecessary pressure. Don't know how to manage business. Even CG Foods andwai wai are in losses. They make office boy do HR work, HR do the work of licking.. PAthetic workplace, never join.. They never pay salaries or any payment to vendors....Read More

Full of Creeps. Never visit here. Total waste of time. MDs are useless, just wasting and draining their father's wealth and making losses by putting everything at stake. They are good for Women staff only, totally partial and character less guys.

Working culture is worrest where people are not from FMCG sales and distribution and it's purely primary driven and dumping system an poor quality of packaging and TADA is very very late and it's completely unorganised lala company.

There is nothing much to like. You have to work because you are working there, no one cares about employees. Whenever someone gets an opportunity from another company he/she immediately leaves this company.

Dislikes

There is no growth below the AGM/GM lavel, basically there is no iife for them. There is no work culture neither any opportunaty for value addtion, Your growth is depend how you maintain relation with the Senior Management like how good on oiling.

enjoying the supportive work environment in this company. Much better than what I experienced in my previous job. The team is friendly and the manager is also understanding. Overall I love working in this company and it has been over 5 years since I joined here, and I don't have any plans to leave anytime soon.
