There is nothing much to like. You have to work because you are working there, no one cares about employees. Whenever someone gets an opportunity from another company he/she immediately leaves this company.

There is no growth below the AGM/GM lavel, basically there is no iife for them. There is no work culture neither any opportunaty for value addtion, Your growth is depend how you maintain relation with the Senior Management like how good on oiling.

For the CG Corp Global Review i would like to say is that after spending my 4 years in the company i feel a bond with it. I felt myself i have grown interns of knowledge and salary increment as well. And there is no boundary for a deserving candidate. Different workshops and trainning program has added a plus as well.

If you are not a multitasker then there can be a problem. Sometime lot of work can overwhelm you. I would suggest for a time flexibility and two days holiday is a must for the motivation of new generations employees.

I started working here as a junior officer 6 years ago. The initial phase was challenging since it was a new environment, but I gradually adjusted to the work culture and found it easier. There is timely appraisal as well. We collaborate with each other in team to deliver the best results for the company. The more we learn, the more we progress. My career is going well here.
