It's a good environment to start ur career.. lots of learning opportunity and is young culture wise.. lots of parties, some travelling is a part of its work culture

No growth, minimum benefits and same set of people heading the organisation for more than a decade.. thus no opportunity for new people.. gossiping environment.. people interested on personal life and lots of judgements.. minimum annual holidays
