Laziness, if you want to just pass some time and get paid for it then highly recommend if you can get a senior / management position

Incompetent Managers in lots of department, lower pay according to industry standards, New Owners belongs to diff industry altogether & dont have any idea about the business so loads hiccups in lots of places, no learning or experience you can take for your future there a good chance u know more than your manager, No diwali / Holi /Eid for you unless other team member/s ready to work as in minimal staffing required, selective holidays , people especially in management like give importance to politics then things benefit for the company, etc etc...Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
