You're immediate Team Leaders and Managers are very supportive and would help you get a hang of the work and are very patient. They would help you feel comfortable with the team from the time you step in. Apart from this, the timings are very good and the company provides a variety of perks. I must say the company is indeed employee-centric.

Dislikes

The work is monotonous, and not much to learn (develop your skills) apart from the process we follow. The increment is less year on year and very little scope to jump up the ladder unless an IJP opens which is rare.

The people here are very helpful and the work too is very nice. There is a very good work life balance and fun with loads of perks and preveledges.

There is no dislike in regard to work, however, there is no Mediclaim facility for family just the employee.

Very poor appraisals even after working very hard throughout the year. Almost zero opportunities to grow within the company. Even after handling multiple queues for more than 2 & half years, the job title still remains the same.

Cex is one the most employee friendly firm you would find in today's rat race corporate world. Despite not having a bond, they help you learn your skills, invest time and effort with you along with being empathetic to your life outside work. Employees across all departments are very friendly and co-operative. I was a part of the Commercial Team, which is the best team in Cex according to me :)

First of all I love cex. I am thankful to work with Cex webuy entertainment Pvt ltd. Started by Robert Dudani, Paul Farrington, Hugh man, Charlie Brooker, Oli Smith and Oliver ball. Established 1992 in London a firm belief that there is a second hand market for a computer gadgets and video games. Increasing the need to recycle. Theywanted a retailer where one could pick up second hand oldies but still goodies at knockdown price. They are hippies but dressed unhippishly stupid as to not admit. Great teammates treat others with respect. They make others feel good about themselves and their role on the team. They trained in every 6th month about product knowledge, communication skills, behaviour etc. From this company I got lot's of knowledges & experience. There's lot of behind the scene politics in the management. they pretends to be supportive but in reality they underline your growth. Without a doubt, the best people to work with. There's some chance you get to travel abroad, generally people are respectful & empathetic

Pay is certainly not great, I can even live with that but they have 0 benefits. No Family Insurance as a option either.
