There's lot of behind the scene politics in the management. they pretends to be supportive but in reality they underline your growth. Without a doubt, the best people to work with. There's some chance you get to travel abroad, generally people are respectful & empathetic

Pay is certainly not great, I can even live with that but they have 0 benefits. No Family Insurance as a option either.
