People makes the difference. Its applicable everywhere. Here also same. Few very supportive people are there who is a main reason for me to sustain. Recent HR initiatives and implementation of certain discipline makes market reputation improved.

Dislikes

Legacy system is the worst thing and so much wastage of time. Applications are not interconnected and no proper training module is in place. Handful experienced people only knows the tricks to get rid of complex situations. KPI and deliverables are not interconencted. Its at time clashes with verticals. Inter department team work is missing.

The worst company of all time, took my first round and I was eligible for the second round, but they failed to reply when I attempted to reach them very unprofessional behavior. I wasted my time here as these idiots do not even know how the Interview process functions. Low salary, Do not value finance team, considers it as a cost center. Pressurise to relocate. Too many managers too few actual workers. Outsource activities no one to monitor. Top managers does not understand finance they only cares about p&l but all garbage is in balance sheet.
