There is clarity from Management to down the line. No team bonding, everyone is trying to pass the bucks. issues never get resolved; it only changes the destinations & dates. Moreover, the system they have is one of TOP worst I have ever seen. No reporting is accurate, and they don't talk each other due to which people easily get frustrated due to no or low visibility. The back bone of any companies operations is finance, but here FnA is working at very low pace which pulling us down from the market practices. The leaders are least bothered about whats happening at down the level & people at down level least bothered about the quality of the work..
