Too much of politics in giving ratings and promotions. I got fired because I asked few doubts regarding work . Yes that is the reason. I swear. They made it as a big issue and since they cant fire me for asking doubts, they cooked up some stories like I was always late and I am not a team player..blah blah blah. And then they fired me.
