The bring your mistake at earliest to notice and point your mistake at earliest asap. The ask you to work for free which has happened long back and same after oracle acquisition. The most important part if you are working at best, they point you out and ask you to work at best ( Which doesn’t make sense) . If you think you can enhance skills here then this company is dead end

They only major Dislike would be that they lag the monitory and the promotions to the employees which would actually bring down the motivations for the employe to actively contribute.

Depends on which team you are. Some are amazing to work with, and some have office politics to deal with.

No hikes for past 3 years. But now new employees are hired by Oracle, might get better offer. New employees will earn more than the current senior employees.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

Depending on the work you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.
