I think this is the worst company if you see for a growth perspective . No learnings , if you are weak in your communication then don't go to this company , because only communication is everything here . Easy work from homes are available .

Dislikes

No Learnings , no transport , in 4 years they have changed 3 buildings . Good Teammates , but no learning.

Work Details

Dealing with the clients and US associate , also worked on Interoperability

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
