Previously, the company was highly focused on goals, but following numerous acquisitions, organizational changes have resulted in teams being misaligned with their skill sets, leading to a shortage of quality projects.

Frequent organizational changes have hindered our ability to leverage our skill sets due to a shortage of projects. The absence of clear goals and a roadmap adds to the challenge. Seeking change becomes daunting since our domain expertise hasn't significantly advanced, making it hard to secure competitive packages elsewhere.
