Flexible timing working upto late hours as US shift also has to followed along India shift

Dislikes

India Product team is waste,Politics, Favoritism , Manager like Payal Sen dont know how to work so she dont work at all, she is not polite while talking to subordinates. As Payal Sen is manager for product team , she knows good to impress to their seniors with utterly and butterly skills. And projecting wrong information to USA main teams

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
