During lockdown company didn't stop or denied pay out , whereas paid their employee with 80 to 90% of their ctc on pro rata basis, even company also release incentive of previous quarter after lockdown.

Even market opened company continues their salary cut off policy, and circulate that if company will not reach their 80% business compared to last year cut off will continue with no dead line. Beside that, in this situation govt and even companies also ask their employee to be safe and take precautions and strictly passed message that if there is urgency or having top priority work then only go in market whereas Century force their employees to be in market only......Read More
