False commitment of appraisal and promotion. Sharing my personal experience As I was Senior sales executive, the management told me that we are giving opportunity to look after ROM til March 2021 and we will promote you as Area sales manager from April 21. All do I took the opportunity seriously and performed good but at last they told we can't promote internally. I trusted my boss blindly....

Lot of politics on branch level, job sequrity is not there and a sales person can not work freely and showcase their talent. Every time something new in working is implemented which is not good and does not create a good working environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
