I joined 2018 as a quality assurance supervisor grade s4.after one year I am incharge of ABS and ESC department.I learnt everything on the Job.I handle the both production as well as quality.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not given as per work & post. Career growth is very slow. No life balance. Canteen is mostly bad. Workers Union is highly aggressive & lots of politics. Overall not suitable for career growth and Life balance.

The job is not interesting. Struggle a lot in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. Workers are so uncultured & untrained.
