It was a fantastic journey with CTIL. I was started my job as a bottom level employee and resigned as HoD Stores. Hence I can say that CTIL value the talent. They have nurtur and polished my knowledge. I will always miss d culture of Birla's. Thanks to the management for giving me opportunity to be the part of galaxy.

Being HoD of Stores, it is always challenging to meet the requirements of plant. During shutdown we should be more responsible and proactive. People are very supportive. Disposal of waste and scrap was although a tough task but we have achieved the same.
