No respect,no money,no work life balance, no humanity, top management just playing with u , there is bond min 2 yrs , After join for ur urgency /valid reason if u want to leave they will be not agree, ur certificate they captured, torture u mentally .worst work environment, If u don't have any other opportunity then u join..
