No respect,no money,no work life balance, no humanity, top management just playing with u , there is bond min 2 yrs , After join for ur urgency /valid reason if u want to leave they will be not agree, ur certificate they captured, torture u mentally .worst work environment, If u don't have any other opportunity then u join.. For ur every sacrifice you only can learn minimum industrial experience & few amount money , Even there sweeper got more respect & money compare to one trainee technician, Securities also show you attitude like they are ur boss, So before join ...kindly think ...
