The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem. You should excel in working with global stakeholders and have outstanding communication and leadership skills and report to the Project Manager.

What You'll Do

Technical:

• Comprehensive understanding of QMS Standards (ISO 9001, AS 9100) for domains such as Aerospace/Defense, Rail, Automotive & Medical
• Sound knowledge in the Product Design & Development Life Cycle Processes for domains such as Aerospace/Defense, Rail, Automotive & Medical
• Strong understanding on the Quality Assurance processes and related tools usage
• Experience in communication/interaction with Customer Quality Focal
• Experience in Training/mentoring and/or coaching the Team on the QMS and/or Quality Assurance Processes
• Preparing Quality Assurance plans, communicating process improvements to Project Cross Functional Teams/Stakeholders
• Ensuring Product (Hardware/Software) Quality Assurance as per the organization and Industry Standards.
• Experience in Participation / Facilitation to Perform Stages Of Involvement (SOI) audits for various Design Assurance Level Projects
• Experience in interacting with Senior Management to Report the Quality/Process Compliance/Maturity
• Prepare & present the Quality Assurance Capability slides during new project proposals/Customer evaluations
• Experience in setting the goals assigned for the Quality Team and tracking the performance of the individual and/or the team in achieving the set target.
• Quality Assurance, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified is desirable
• Knowledge on the Project Management is preferred

Who You Are?

• Bachelor's degree in, Electrical OR Electronics Engg (or related field)
• Prior experience of at least 7-9 years in a similar role.
