Good work culture have various exposure like inspections, policy making, research, field visits etc. Good work life balance.

This is an autonomous body under Central Government. Working atmosphere is as applicable to central Government employee. But employee benefit is hardly looked into.

Office is concerned about the work but net out come is hardly looked into. Most of the staff members are not trained as per their job requirement. Recently some life has been added to accounting process. Loss of files is a regular phenomenon. Some times it leads to loss of employee claim.
