Unnecessary interference of the senior officers in the investigation of the cases and creation of cartel for their corrupt activities. There have been glaring instances of high level corruption cases committed by various Senior officers of the National anti corruption agency, which is a matter of great shame.

Your talent does not matter and the top management of the CBI is managed, controlled, occupied by the IPS officers who have no knowledge of field investigation but considering their high position, they impose their orders whether they are legal or illegal. The Arushi case was destroyed by Sh Arun Kumar, IPS and JOINT DIRECTOR of CBIand that is why he was thrown out of tie said case and a new team was constituted but it also could not crack the case and filed a closure report. The Court didn't accept the closure report and the Talwar duo were sentenced life imprisonment by the Court after their Trial. Recently, CBI filed a Closure Report after 22 years surreptitiously in a very sensational case known as Urea Scam Case but the Court rejected the Closure Report, Likewise, the CBI filed Closure Reports three times in a very famous and sensational case Sister Abhaya Suspicious Death Case of Kottayam in Kerala but every time the Court rejected it. Finally, the case was charge-Sheeted and the accused persons (Father and Sister of a Church) were sentenced for life. We investigate cases of different nature like bank fraud, excise and taxation, AICTE Scam, Rigging of Exams of National Level, Fake Telephone Exchange, Coal Scam etc. involving different modus operndi, VIPs and bureaucrats.
