Likes

Worked for 11 years in centaur, joined centaur as M.R and promoted as A.m , R.M . But we can't expect when company stop loving and caring you without specific reasons. Exit will be horrible and no logics.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the H.o people doesn't address our issues and they will not see what we have done good things in past. They simply listen middle person opinions and even they will not care to discuss with us

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
