You can not come out of your office on time. You have to wait a minimum of half an hour more after the shift ends. But if you are late for one second they will deduct your salary. It's not an office it's a two-room residential floor. You can not have your lunch at lunchtime if an inter view goes on. This is because the place is too narrow. No proper washroom. After the end of the day, you have to deal with someone who doesn't have any knowledge of SEO. Boring discussion, old school SEO practice. Especially the owner thinks himself a business tycoon. They prefer to select nearby people because they believe if your house is near, you will not change your job quickly. The increment is very low. After completion of a year only Rs.1000.
