You can not come out of your office on time. You have to wait a minimum of half an hour more after the shift ends. But if you are late for one second they will deduct your salary. It's not an office it's a two-room residential floor. You can not have your lunch at lunchtime if an interview goes on. This is because the place is too narrow. No proper washroom. After the end of the day, you have to deal with someone who doesn't have any knowledge of SEO. Boring discussion, old school SEO practice. Especially the owner thinks himself a business tycoon. They prefer to select nearby people because they believe if your house is near, you will not change your job quickly. The increment is very low. After completion of a year only Rs.1000. After joining they will get a good review from you forcefully. Most of the Google reviews are from their relatives and employees. Even I did the same mistake. They believe in a corporate sandwich. Love to deduct your hard-earned salary. HR is the award winner people pleaser. I have strong doubt about her HR knowledge. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
