If someone want a company with good infrastructure than its good place. Work culture is good and it depends on the team in which you are in as people are of orthodox mindset. Project Managers: there are few good people as well and it is great to be around them... They are accountable, assertive and communicate honestly.

Project Managers: Micromanage and pressure employee to match and follow their unreasonable standards of work hours, and frantic pace. Creates a climate of fear and tension...
